Shemtob Draganosky Taylor Partner Presents at Annual Montgomery Bar Association Event

Andrew D. Taylor discussed mediation and co-parenting education at the annual Toby L. Dickman Seminar

BLUE BELL, Pa. (January 2019) – Leading family law attorney and Shemtob Draganosky Taylor partner Andrew D. Taylor recently presented for Montgomery Bar Association peers at the 11th annual Toby L. Dickman Seminar.

The topic for the 2018 seminar was “Family Law 2.0: A Child-Centered and User-Friendly Approach.” Taylor’s session focused on mediation and reviewed updates to “Our Children First,” a county-mandated program aimed at helping parents and caregivers anticipate and ameliorate challenges to raising children in two homes. Other sessions addressed custody conciliation conferences, changes to filing procedures, rules of conduct, changes in support, and more.

Taylor has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. He is experienced in all aspects of Pennsylvania family law, including equitable distribution, alimony, child support, child custody and abuse matters. He regularly argues appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court involving complex family law issues, and has argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Active in the Montgomery County legal community, Taylor is a frequent speaker and has served as a course planner for a past Toby L. Dickman seminar and other bar association events.
